OUR PROCESS

  1. PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROCESS – We believe in a collaborative methodology and our aim is to listen to our clients and their needs. The pre-construction process is perhaps the most important phase of the construction process, Our team will work closely with designers, architects, engineers and certifiers to create your plans and documentation.

  2. QUOTATION – Akoonah will put together a detailed estimation and/ or quote tailored to fit our clients expectations and budget, including all fees and management services. We have a skilled team of industry professionals and a range of carefully selected trades and trade services required for your build. Akoonah is always keeping up to date with material pricing and industry standards to ensure the best outcome for your projects budget.

  3. CONSTRUCTION – Time to get our hands dirty and bring your project to life. Everything is taken care of internally, with our site manager always on site keeping you informed and updated with what's happening each week; handling time frames, planning, all trades and services. Whether it be a renovation, addition or a new build, our team follow strict industry and company guidelines to ensure safety and site regulations are met whilst maintaining the highest quality. Our management will schedule regular site meetings with you and will answer any questions you may have along the way.

  4. HANDOVER – There is no better feeling than getting the keys to your newly built or renovated home. Upon completion we will perform a full inspection of the project with our client to insure we have met all expectations and requirements. After all requirements have been met and fulfilled, we will hand over the keys to your brand new home.
