Managing Director
James brings both a practical understanding of the building industry and a strong design aesthetic to all projects. He is a carpenter by trade, a qualified supervisor and builder equipped with a class 2 construction license. James has a keen eye for detail and a passion for building, which he carries out through all of his projects. James' passion for building design, architecture and constructions has grown Akoonah into the reputable company that it is today.
James work’s closely with clients to fit individual budgets and family requirements, ensuring the project is affordable to build and to manage, with client satisfaction. James monitors Akoonah Constructions projects directly, ensuring attention to detail and high quality build. His honest and open approach to everything he does leads to each any every successful build we have completed to date.

We are fully licensed and insured to undertake a wide range of work, from alterations and additions, residential new build projects to Class 2 new builds and renovations up to four stories.
